Michael is a graduate of Theatre Corporate Drama School. He is one of New Zealand's most prolific theatre practitioners and he specialises in Berkhoff and Pinter. Michael is also an established film and television actor. He played lead roles in both The Price of Milk and Toy Love directed by Harry Sinclair, and is perhaps best known as the romantic lead Don Jackson in Came A Hot Friday directed by Ian Mune. Michael's television highlights include featured guest roles on Rude Awakenings, Tohunga, Duggan, and Xena.
