Jacqueline has a Bachelor of Performing and Screen Arts from UNITEC where she graduated with the Senior Scholar Award in her year. She has appeared in theatre both in New Zealand and the United Kingdom. Jacqueline has appeared on Season 4 of The Brokenwood Mysteries, was a core cast member of Shortland Street for 6 years and is a series regular role on the web series Millennial Jenny. She is now a resident director at South Pacific Pictures.
