Hera Yemaya (Ngāpuhi, Ngāti Kahu ki Whangaroa, Ngāti Raukawa, Ngāti Hinerangi) is a new actor based between Auckland and Wellington and has been involved in the arts her whole life. She is Māori, Caribbean and West African and will be attending Toi Whakaari: New Zealand Drama School in 2025. Hera also makes music and is a writer. She hopes to establish herself in the industry across different pathways.
