Cole has a Bachelor's degree in Performing and Screen Arts. He has performed in theatres all over New Zealand and in Australia and has appeared in the New Zealand television dramas Shortland Street, Westside, The Brokenwood Mysteries and My Life is Murder. Cole is the co-writer, co-creator and co-lead of the web series Life is Easy which is available to stream internationally on Revry.TV. Cole also works as an actor's agent.
