Ascia is a Pākehā actress, of Irish decent. Ascia has been with THE BROKENWOOD MYSTRIES for 5 seasons, as the towns physician, Dr Carlton. She recently shot THE TANK, an American feature film directed by Scott Walker. Ascia has strong ties to Te Pou and Te Rehia Theatre companies. She is also an actors agent with KR Actors.
