Kip graduated in 2002 with a Bachelor in Performing & Screen Arts from UNITEC. He is an accomplished actor as well as writer, producer and director for the stage. His credits include Amazon Original's The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power, Jane Campion's Top of the Lake, Toa Fraser's 6 DAYS, Gaylene Preston's Hope and Wire. He is the creator, writer and director of the hugely successful interactive theatre shows Destination Mars, Apollo 13: Mission Control and Hudson and Halls Live! and in 2017 Kip was the creative director of WOW - New Zealand's biggest annual theatrical event.
