Italia Hunt is a theatre, film and television actor from Auckland. He comes from a Samoan dance background and graduated with a Bachelor in Performing Arts (Pacific) from the Pacific Institute of Performing Arts in 2017. Theatre highlights: The Wizard of Otahuhu, Still Life with Chickens, Polyhood in Mumuland and A Midsummer Night's Dream for Auckland Theatre Company; Smoke In Mirrors for Indistree and National Heart Foundation; Mrs Wishy Washy for Tim Bray Productions; Mixed Nuts and Frangapani's Great Adventure for LIMA Productions; and Sinarella, Going Solo, Galulolo (Tsunami), Our Town and In Flight at PIPA. Film highlights: Australian comedy Standing Up For Sunny which premiered at Sydney Film Festival in 2019. Television highlights: Mean Mums, Mangere Vice, Jono & Ben and web series Baby Mama’s Club.
